Don't you have like a little routine with foods you eat more frequently than others ?i only really track protein to make sure i get enough and get a general idea of what my calories are, cutting i eat around 1500 and bulking i eat around 2800
yup, same breakfast every day i eat a high protein yoghurt with oats regardless of if im bulking or cutting, and i have chicken/mince in the freezer and i always cook with it whether thats curry, salad, a bake etcDon't you have like a little routine with foods you eat more frequently than others ?
