Do You Guys Speak Fast Or Slow IRL?

I have this bad habit of speaking really fast IRL idk why. It's like I'm afraid of speaking too slow or something when in reality speaking slowly and clearly kinda mog.

I do this in both English and my Mother Tongue.

Is this normal?

I also randomly heighten the pitch of my voice when talking to people that mog me/richer than me/higher status than me....you get the picture

I was drinking alone today and reading a thread about Voicepill whenI just realised this out of nowhere.

Does anyone relate? Did you manage to break this retarded habit?

i dont speak much
