Do you guys struggle to make true friends and relationships

I feel like I always feel lonely since I know I’m weird and mentally ill. No matter how much I surround myself with people, it doesn’t really hit.

Honestly I’d probably feel closer to people on here since you guys are mostly similar in mental illness, etc

yeah i struggle to make real connections all the time

i was born in the philippines and raised so differently from the average kid and grew up with different interests so its always been a struggle since i was a child

my dad is kind of an autist so i got most of his traits and he played alot of death metal for me when i was a kid

my moms side is stacked so i went to private school for elementary and watched i alot of western media

i also have a lighter skin tone than most people here so i stand out alot

For me personally my mom was very abusive and alienated me, so I never got to appreciate the only semblance of unconditional love most people get
