I think logic follows he does. How a dependable universe exists, irreducible biological machines exists, inset morals superseding naturalist reasoning exist, and objective reason dictating only true meaning all being apart of life point to a designer. We cannot exist with just naturalistic law.

Now that I think about it, if the universe operates according to the laws of harmony, such as gravity, the laws of thermodynamics, and so on, it implies that everything that exists acts based on these laws. The example I was trying to illustrate, where the universe undergoes a movement of contraction and expansion, similar to that of the lungs or heart, suggests that everything that exists is created in the likeness of the divine. We are not like God because we literally resemble Him, but because we operate in a similar way, following a comparable pattern of functioning.

Because it’s what is objectively purposeful. Submitting our will unto perfection and moral law isn’t enough to live fulfilled lives because we are not able to live to the perfect standard. That’s why we needed an interceder on our behalf.
