Do you guys think i should just go ahead and get braces?

i have a class ii deep bite mandible recessed. its nuking my fwhr as well. i cant fix the recession without surgery because my growth plates are already closed so no appliances will work like the herbst. do you guys recommend i just go ahead and get damon system braces with class ii elastics to fix my bite/teeth atleast

Definitely,
Damon braces are genuinely awful, break easier, more expensive and pointless.
Have u considered extraction for bimaxillary protrusion?
