Do you guys use one of those fancy Oura rings and stuff to track sleep?
 
using an apple watch to track my sleep seems to do the job

i js set an alarm for however long i want to sleep and wake up when it goes off
 
im not sure if you are joking or not but basically sleep has different stages and you can track the quality of your sleep using different measures. Some advanced techniques are using EEG but things like our ring also use impulse measures and heart rate to estimate the quality of your sleep and the duration of different stages of ur sleep

idek what model, had it since 2022 and its only been useful for that.
 
I just sleep at 11 and then use the alarm clock to wake up at 8 to aleast get more than 7 hours to track

I was joking I know but theres no benefit of doing that it will come from your pocket and will not help you acend only worth it do that if you steal or get from like drug dealing or some ilegal source but if you have a slave job just spend on somethinf better because seems not big benefit im not sure if that expensive but shit im tired and im going sleep so fuck this shit

also im not sure if its a good idea to promote stealing. I guess we have to be better people lmao. I'm not sure if you have morals or not but this shit is not right lol and you know it as well. Even some bpers avoid promoting "stealing" as a way to ascend

I have been getting rated as hmtn so im not in a HTN territory unfortunately but I'm working on it. We can talk more in the dms if u would like. To be honest, I had a similar mentality like you but I got caught and had to get bailed out of jail unfortunately so I guess you do whatever looks right but please be careful of the consequences.

After being in jail temporarily as well as mental health hospitals I can 100% tell you that the things that you are claiming are wrong and I have been around those type of people and you definitely don't want to be there bro trust me that's why I became more self conscious about morals

no need to, unless you sleep specifically poorly, I just match when I sleep and wake up with sleep cycles and a 15 minute buffer to fall asleep and im basically never tired even if I get 6 hours.
