Do you have a permanent retainer?

Ive had one for 7 years now since getting my braces off. What about you? How long do you plan to keep em in?

Same I had it for about 2 months. The orthodontist haven’t even told me when it’s going out

Yes for about 10 years or so

It improved my bite and made my jaw more aligned. As long as you didn't have teeth removed you should be fine.

I haven't been to a dentist in the last 10 years, so no retainers for me because I have almost perfectly straight teeth. The last time I went, it was for a root canal and that was painful as fuck. They kept injecting anesthesia and I still felt immense pain when they were removing the nerve.
