I know a few older guys that seem like they are constantly in survival mode, some of them didnt even suffer throughout their life they just are like that, constantly saving money for the dark days, eating good food to not be sick, they do not even try to seek pleasure they just live in hopes of not suffering.
On the other hand there are people that set their life goal to have as much pleasure as possible, whether it be money, women or whatever the fuck they only think about that, no counter measures if something goes wrong or to prevent any suffering, they just move forward in hopes of getting what they want pleasure wise.
