Do you need bimax or just bsso usualy to fix a deep overbite?

So usualy I see people talking about bimax with ccw rotation for people with downward growth and excessive vertical maxila but what if we are talking about a case where the person has a short lower third with a deep overbite with also a short philtrum, projected maxila but verticaly short maxila?

Is bsso the way in this case or you need as bimax with rotation?
