do you need calories to heightmaxx or is it all protein and nutrients

do i actually need to eat in a caloric surplus to grow or can i still be in a deficit but eat a lot of protein and get my important minerals and nutrients in

you dont want to be in a deficit. maintenance or surplus
 
no one know, even medical studies are unclear what is needed exactly for heightmax,
most common accepted are genetic and hgh, in fact no one know 100% exactly how, so you better off just make everything sufficient
