I don’t use sunscreen often, as I’m only out in the sun for around 20 minutes max a day, I think some exposure to sunlight without sunscreen is good for collagen and health

I personally don't use sunscreen. There is barely any sun these days and I want to get as much sunlight as possible because it is healthy.

If you have posters on a wall in your house, take note of how the colour fades badly over time. Sunlight is still getting in the windows so unless you are keeping curtains drawn or have a UV film on the windows you should still wear it imo.

depends. if you are several meters from the windows in your room then very little uv reaches you. if not you can always buy uv filters for them
