Did 1mm on my face 3x everywhere today
But I've also started MT2 injections, can I tan with it? Or should I wear sunscreen on my face tommorow?

I tanned for 2 hours, it's expected that I got a sunburn at that point tbh.

pufa is a long chain unstable polymer , it will break down inside the body, reacting with your DNA, this causes oxidative damage , and INCREASES inflammation , the weakened dna become very susceptible to UV radiation, if you dont it eat at all you wont get sunburnwd since your dna is intact, but if you stop eating its still in your body for 30 days, and the fat stores that are made of pufa stay for 4 years , and elsewhere in the body it fucks everything up, especially your thryroid

u fucking idiot that shows it heals after sunburn not that ot doesnt get sumburned, ray oeat did an experiment where he fed 1 group of rabbits corn oil(pufa) and the other coconut oil(SFA) , group that ate corn oil got visibly rougher wrinklier skin , in the coconut oil group their skin stayed the same, stop eating pufa or lose ur collagen, increasr cancer risk and thyroid activity its up to you, you can look at raypeat.com for the articles, ive given you the info u need i wont try to convince you more

Look mate, appreciate you doing what you think is right, but I've read up on peat long ago, I've had a nutrition class with a PhD teacher and been shown more than enough to see he's full of shit.

Based on what I've seen on the forum, the people there basically cherry pick research to support their preconceived notions or to justify what they already believe. Never mind that much of the research they cite is on lab animals, remains to be replicated, or of poor quality (small sample size, many variables not controlled for, which is a common issue with nutrition science). There is one guy they worship (haidut?) schlepping supplements and hair loss theories, despite being bald and fat himself. I think a lot of people there are just looking to be contrarian to all the generally-accepted dietary advice. There's a lot of conspiracy and contrarianism there as well.

Take fiber as an example, it's been proven again and again that fiber is positively correlated with health in many different populations even when correlating for factors such as wealth, age and bodyfat. Easily disprovable yet Peaters will cling on to no fiber.

I think he gained traction because society went from hating fats to hating sugars, so someone that doesn't follow mainstream hivemind views seems much smarter than he is.

yes more skin turnover/deeper needling avoid sun more but only for like 24 hrs don’t block the windows or wear hijab outside but I wouldn’t tan

i never had any preconcieved notions i ate pufa every day of my whole life then found out the truth, i wouldnt say i eat peaty myself, only a few things he says makes sense to me, but its pretty obviuos once you open ur eyes that the government doesnt give a shit about your health as long as you dont die , pufa has been studied outside thr body, its effects are something you really dont need inside your body. yes its true that peaters dont have a lot of strong data and evidence and tests, but theyre just regular people why is it up to them to prove this? it takes ridiculously weak evidence fir the goverment to say that pufa is good and sfa is bad(weve been eating sfa since the dawn of our creation and it is naturally produced in our bodies, unlike pufa) yet the research for edcs is strong and governments dont do anything? theres probably an agenda here
