Do you need to take mk7 with mk4 and d3?

Title. I'm megadosing mk4 and I also take another supplement with d3 and mk7 in it. It's running low. Should I buy another one with just a lot of d3 or should it have mk7 too?

You may as well because they work slightly different and you pretty much can't overdose on K2. MK7 is active for longer in body.

I personally do.

45 mg MK-4 twice a day = 90mg MK-4 total
600mcg MK-7 twice a day = 1.2mg MK-7 total

I also stack it with 25mg MK-677 and 20k IU of vitamin D3, among other supplements.

Finally, this is used in conjuction with LGD-4033 and Enclomiphene in my personal cycle.
