Bro you need to know that yourself before hopping on, you can’t just blindly hop on anything. Do some research yourself

HGH is cope
But to answer the question, you dont *need* anything to safely take it, its completely safe by itself.

Im happy to argue about this. HGH cant increase FAH in healthy teens because it cant bypass chondrocyte senescence and telomere shortening
All it can do is speed up the proliferationrate which does not increase FAH but instead only makes you reach it sooner

Yeah that’s a theory i was thinking about too but theres person with disease that make their pineal gland produce more hgh and they alw overcome their stature

This HGH overexpression is a feature those people are born with, the excessive HGH makes them burn through their resting zone stem cell reserves which again results in enormous growth velocity, but the extended cell recruitment and differentiation also leads to stem cells and chondrocytes who would normally not reach their full cell division limit, to do max out their proliferations and enter senescence through the hayflick limit instead of normal maturation, this effect over more than a dozen years is the reason why they grow extremely tall especially before the onset of puberty, once puberty starts their hormonal profile pushes senescence and differentiation into hyptertrophy. The telomere shortening still happens during every cell division.

You cant assume a peripubertal normal gh-level teen can have the same effects as a lifelong mutation of GH overexpression

Tbh we cant be 100% sure if smt is cope but im currently doing the test on myslef so we will see if i can be a bit taller than my both short parents

We can
the biochemical explanation is right there

Sure but you might mistake velocity for FAH increase
Im talking like we will see if my final height will be more than my genetic not how much i will grow in one month

Yeah but how do you want to know your natural height. Youll only be able to know a rough range of PAH
