do high impact exercises like jump squats jump roping etc to lengthen your tibia and femur also the streching your microfractures thing is cope it doesnt do anything works better when your young

btw avoid training upper body (arms chest shoulders etc) since they compete for bone remodeling with legs

keep your cortisol low
strontium citrate and cissus quadrangularis stimulate osteoblast activity so they help
