Many guys here put laugh reacts on the mention of PUFA being bad, not sure if you agree or disagree, but stopping them lowered my IBD symptoms noticeably, its definitely legit

Anything that's widely contested in diet science I just give up on trying to follow or believe.

Everyone knows fast food and highly processed food is unhealthy so I just try and stay away from that while working out. Everyone knows that vegetables are healthy so I try and eat more of those. I feel pretty good and I don't have to think super hard about everything I'm eating.

Ldl cholesterol is necessary for steroid hormone production in the mitochondria

And unsaturated fats are only "essential" for cancer

The second part is right for pufa that isn't heated tho in small amounts

nope, PUFA is not essential at all, unsaturated fats have a direct link with aging and degenerative diseases
