If yes how so? Bro I’m trying to get rid off it but I’m so irritated right now day 6.

Yeah I’m currently getting off it to heal an injury and it’s fucked up
 
Yeah, quitting nicotine before and after plastic surgery is important because nicotine constricts blood vessels, so less blood flow and oxygen reach the tissue that’s trying to heal. That can increase the risk of poor wound healing or even tissue death, depending on the surgery. My understanding is that most plastic surgeons want you to be nicotine-free for at least 4 weeks post-op. Ask your doctor whether varenicline would be an option for you, it helped a lot with reducing cravings and irritability in my experience.
