Do you really lose testosterone when you exercise/workout?

My goal isn't to put on a bunch of a muscle but rather to have a toned build but i've seen that you lose testosterone when working out or doing cardio. Whether this is true or not I don't know however I've also read that testosterone levels usually regulate after a while (30-45 mins).

Main goal is testoseronemaxx rn

retards.org Working out (especially gym) decreases test because u use it up to build muscle, along with the stress that increases cortisol which lowers test.

It uses up testosterone yes. It seems logically that way instead of just magically boosting testosterone from exercise. :feelskek:

The only exercise that is ok is walking but it should only be done out of basic necessity, like for food, toilet etc.

Yes short high intensity sprints once in a while are very good for you. It’s just long distance running that’s bad.
Just think about our ancestors and how they lived. They would do short distance sprints to get to the prey, catch it , kill it and eat it.
No where in there life would they run for long distances … it’s just a ridiculous concept. Even for migrations they would just walk instead of exhausting themselves for 0 reason.

Average goatis iqcell. Retard. Squats and deadlifts boost ar sensitivity and increase total test while increasing bone density. Sure it’s sort of a ‘simulated’ thing but our ancestors would perform similar movements whether picking up logs to build houses, removing big stones to rearrange defenses, etc.
also, our ancestors most def did High intensity sprints when they would run to catch pray. Long distance is terrible though .

excessive resistance training and cardio WILL lower your testosterone. Buts that’s if you doing like crazy amount of intensity which most people aren’t doing. Like 6 hrs of just straight gym.
