Do you really lose testosterone when you exercise/workout?

My goal isn't to put on a bunch of a muscle but rather to have a toned build but i've seen that you lose testosterone when working out or doing cardio. Whether this is true or not I don't know however I've also read that testosterone levels usually regulate after a while (30-45 mins).

Main goal is testoseronemaxx rn

Get zinc pills quit porn and thats it. Fixing reward mechanism in the brain is positively correlated with testosterone
 
retards.org Working out (especially gym) decreases test because u use it up to build muscle, along with the stress that increases cortisol which lowers test.
