When I was young I was not neet like now but I worked alot with jackhammers and grinders and all sorta loud tools with no earpro. This has given me permanent tinnitus that sometimes flares up pretty bad. Wear your ear protection.

very good advice, ive got a volume limit on my phone to prevent ear damage.

I dont most of the time since I am used to it but when it flares up its quite bad.
