No. If your base is too trash, there is no way. No amount of lefort 3 nor implants can save you from subhumanity. Plus, among the entirety of looksmaxers, how many will really get surgeries, and among those, on how many is it really going to make a difference?

Hmm, really depends on their base, in my opinion a lot will improve, but you have to have that genetic base, and be IQ heavy to “ASCEND”. Also, surgeries, and designing for aesthetics isn't really well-developed at the moment.
