He is right, the ideal male cheekbones are high-set, low-mass, and forward grown with slight lateral growth.

The main reason why Barrett's cheekbones look feminine is because they are too wide, and he stores too much fat there when he's bloated.

Ramirez cheekbones though are great as well despite them being large.

It can also be a unique trait and a halo.
