"Inward gonions" is just is an overly autistic, technical word for a narrow jaw, or narrower than expected bigonial breadth mostly.

When people say Brad Pitt, for example, has "outward gonions" they mean he has unusual masseter hypertrophy, like some people with bruxism get. Sure there are ACTUAL gonial eversion examples but that's rarely the case with most examples or ideas thrown around here.
