Blepharoplasty (elevate eyelids) and canthopexy (canthal tilt)

Infraorbicular implants and fat grafting, I don’t know if there must be an optimal specific order for it

Hardmax from top to bottom:

- Lateral temporal lift with slight brow elevation for more positive tilt
- Periorbital fat graft
- LLR / Canthoplasty
- Rhino, although not needed imo, bridge reduction increases your ipd perception which is already not ideal
- Fat graft in lips
- Jaw reduction
- Genio with vertical heightening 3-4mm, greatly improves overall facial ratios

Softmax:

- Skin
- Coloring

I’m surprised that you didn’t mention infra implants, I didn’t know that Lateral Temporal lift was a thing. Good stuff. I can’t tell yet if what’s lacking is soft tissue or bones or both

This is a morph I’ve made after Blepharoplasty and canthopexy/canthoplasty, also touched the jaw too to make it more angular, is this the jaw reduction?

Is my morph HMTN?
What about yours?

I measured my IPD and it was within the ideal range I believe at 0.48 more or less

You don't look to be lacking bones, you've kind of over grown if anything, hence the jaw reduction for appeal. Infras won't do shit, check infra results, they never do anything to to lower lid.

I'd say you're on the upper end of HTN after mine.

Can you comment on the side profile? Are you sure that implants are not needed?

You only mentioned infras which would do nothing but change your orbital vector which is already neutral, see attached for what negative looks like. Your profile would be improved with genio / rhino as per the original recommendations. No need for anything else as it could throw off your already good harmony.

How would a vertical lenghtening genioplasty and a rhino translate into the side profile? I don’t know how to morph noses and the chin always looks weird after I try

Is this a bad example?
