I think within the near future we will discover life on mars and it will be the most simple form of life possible, but still life.

Even though the universe is so vast that I have an incredibly hard time describing it to you in words, I think the cold truth may be that we’re the only intelligent life in the universe

With the number of planets that exist, it seems that it should be impossible for earth to be the only place with intelligent life

But when you scale down the number of planets that have the necessary living conditions for life to exist as we know it, it’s way way less. Not to say that it’s a small number, but small compared to the total number of planets

We don't know the answer to how many civilizations might exist in the universe. But we do know the factors that allow life on Earth. Are there other planets that fit the bill? Oh yes indeed.

Theoretically, if there was other intelligent life in the universe, it’s not any more intelligent than us. If it was more advanced, it would have discovered us by now.
