We all know ramieri doesn't offer saddled implants because he is too high inhib to insert them through the mouth. But we also know infras without saddle will create an ugly step between orbital rim and lower eyelid.
So he is now offering malar implants(sometimes he says it costs 8k sometimes 10k he's confused jfl) and his second best friend Spadoni (first bestie Is Marianetti ofc) offers fat graft to lower eyelid zone for 4k (and with fat you may need more than one procedure).
So at least 14k for infraorbital malar zone to look good (and we don't know if this combo is better than saddle alone). But only pag does the saddle.
Also Ramieri said saddle makes the eyes more bulging but I've never heard this before
@Lorsss (please give me your contact somewhere like insta I'm from Turin we can chat pls) got under eyes fat graft for 600 euros in Italy.
