I tried with Vaseline since it's sticky and is not going to harm your skin. But it doesn't really stick for too long , gonna need something sticker.

If you don’t have a low set, protruding browridge, just give up on trying to get hooded eyes, it just isn’t in your deck of cards. Just get fillers and surgery for almond eyes
