use conditioner only and use shampoo when you get it dirty. your hair will adapt to the natural oil over time

I used to, but I stopped using it 2 months ago and nothing changed at all. Shampoo is cope.
I also tried not washing my hair for a week and it remained the same as it would be if I just got out of the shower. It didn't get oily at all. Weird.

Not necessarily. It runs in my mothers side of the family, hers smells like ass, hers sister's smells like ass, same with grandfather. And they got sores and shit.
