Am using no salts to get my potassium in, gonna eat 500g of chicken a day with a little broccoli and 2 protein shakes. Documenting this so I don’t go insane / lose motivation. Current weight is 191.6 lbs at 6’0. Gonna achieve 10k steps ed, and full body workouts eod/ incline cardio at the end.
