They cut a 1gap in my leg and it seems logical that i have to eat more right? Because my body needs energy to refill that gap with bone? Or maybe i just beed more nutrients? Its just a general question but i mean it seems logical that you have to eat more to make the body fill in the bone quicker and better. What do yall think?

Just need more nootrients(collagen, D3, Calcium) and also do NOT use nicotine.

Though your calorie expenditure is increased after you break a bone, and if it takes more calories to hit the new nutrient goal then eat more.

nah man just make sure u getting enough calcium n vitamin D, that shit will help your bones heal much faster than extra calories alone ever could

Calcium(milk and dairy, supplements), phosphorus(water, supplements), vitamin D(food, sun, supplements(Helps with rebuilding bone and teeth)) and protein ofc
