Unlikely, here is a study about premature growth plate closure. There is a 1.4% chance u will experience it.

Premature epiphyseal growth plate arrest after isotretinoin therapy for high-risk neuroblastoma: A case series and review of the literature - PubMed

Bone toxicity associated with isotretinoin exposure is a concern. Growth plate arrest is a serious adverse effect that is attributable to isotretinoin therapy. Our findings suggest the prepubescent growth plate may be most at risk, and we recommend special attention to this population.

i can personally attest to tretinoin and other vitamin a reducin nose size superficially.

nothing drastic, but it does slim down. im still unsure why exactly.

Why is it not worth it lol. Low dose accutane is effective with very mild side effects.

20mg will probably be good, u can go as low as 10mg and it will still be effective tho
