Accutane is literally tret (isotrenoin), except just consumed orally

Destroys your glands and dries out your skin, in the long term you’ll older since skin oil will keep you looking younger when you’re older.
Not worth taking it in your case tbh

@lebronjames23 I've been taking ultra low dose tane(10mg per week, yes that low) for the past 2+ years and it basically keeps my skin perfect, my pores are super tiny and no blackheads, at this dosage and since I have extremely oily T zone it brings me to normal skin now.

Yeah personally I take about 10mg a week too, even with steroids and my skin stays absolutely perfect and I get the same effects + no dry skin

i had none previously but yeah keeps my skin flawless
