Lack of horizontal bone develop, too little to make a difference but yeah it's there, also coupled with a receded upper maxilla which is why his philtrum looks long...

He's still a Chad because even with some flaws he can slay women, and compared to modern human physical development, he's light years ahead...

That being said I feel so much for this kid, because he clearly enjoys being attractive but he started using steroids because of ugly retards like Togi, and he'll regret it later on when he starts balding and getting wrinkles
