Yep. I over ate during puberty and grew to 6'3 despite my Dad being 6' and my bro only reaching 6'

Eating too little throughout puberty is the worst looksmin there is, fucked myself pretty hard unknowingly, wish I could go back to being 13/14 and develop myself from there again, bone growth is mostly environmental after all
