I always feel dizzy and extreme headache that just messes with my head, I hate working out bec of this shit, does anybody else experience this? And how to fucking fix it

No ive been going to the gym for a couple of months consistently but lately its starting to take a toll on me
Yes I do infact dont take any pre workout meals as im fucking broke as shit and got no job and I need to save money for the gym membership

any fast digesting carbs as pre workout meal will be enough at home

listen up, newfag. I've been in the looksmaxxing game since 2021, so you better respect my knowledge. Dizziness and headaches after workouts can be caused by dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, low blood sugar, or even anxiety. Make sure you're properly hydrating before, during, and after your workouts. Eat a balanced diet with enough carbs to keep your energy levels stable. And for god's sake, don't skip warm-ups! You might actually want to start with lighter weights if you're feeling dizzy. Stop being a gymcel bitch and get back on that gains train, rookie.
