Does anybody find it hard to eat?

Im 185cm 75kg but I find it very hard to eat lately
I can't eat over 500 calories a meal or I will be almost puking
It may be related to diet because i eat mostly organs because they are the cheapest meat and my family's too broke for real meat cuts

It's been 2 days like that and I can eat only eggs i'm having a gag reflex everytime i even think about liver

yeah same pretty much i have just been taking MK to boost my appetite

Yeah but it's cooked..
Of course it would have tasted way better raw but my mom is too nazi for primal diet
