I already got a surgery a few months ago.

But my second surgery set is coming around next year in 2027.

I just keep thinking about me travelling their and get the surgery, it's almost like mental masturbation.

Sliding Genioplasty.

Upcoming Jaw Angle Implants + Chin implant (I want more projection but no need to do a revision - i'll just put an implant on top) + Buccal fat removal
