It feels way more enjoyable and natural to just annihilate ur muscles for 1 hrs

Instead of

Ah yea 15 reps of pull-ups I’m done now 🤓
Got be in the scientific rep range 🤓
Counting like autistic retard jfl
 
For some exercises i just go until muscle fatigue
but for the compound lifts i count the reps and sets
 
Missing out
 
Then you wont be able to progressively overload correctly

Pushing to failure is all that matters

Then again I’m mainly doing weighted callisthenics. My workouts pretty hard
