I have it for like 4 years now, emotions are muted, don’t feel real. Etc
Its probably a coping mechanism to escape the reality of shit life is. I’m trying progressive muscle relaxation and it helps, I feel 30% better, only thing that kind of helps me

had it since I tapped a yart for the first time. it’s like I’m reliving memories but in reality it’s the present.

same here. i've always struggled with disociation even since a kid. but my anxiety went way up since 2020 and I've been taking subtances the last few years which isn't helping.

muscle releases and proper breathing make me feel better, but it hasn't done anything long-term yet. a good next step is probably to get my screen time down to sub 3 hours.

Screen time is extremely hard for me because I use it to escape or cope with life but I also plan on doing that

I want to feel that way at times to avoid thinking about the loser I am, but I can't.

I compare myself to people all the time and I'm self aware of the damage I'm doing to myself
