in every day life you're not exposed to violence so you get used to normal old regular old people. but sometimes you're reminded how fucked people can be

for example, a couple minutes ago i just was fucking around and stumbled on a video of some subhuman (literally subhuman, he is fat and had some extreme cleft lip) polish teenager who filmed himself brutalizing his stepdad and great grandmother with a hatchet while they were sleeping.. and its so sickening. like some things remind you that not everyone in life is going to follow the rules; some people have nothing to lose, or are mentally in hell and are about to snap at any moment, and you'll have no idea.

it makes me scared to like even go out the house like i have no idea who the fuck is a psycho or who's capable of doing something horrific

yeah there are a lot of crazies out there. But the media makes it seem more widespread than it really is. You'll be fine. Also you got 2nd amendmant rights. If you're afraid then keep a tool tucked on you
