Does anyone else sweat like crazy during cardio off Reta?

2 weeks in on Reta and currently at 4migz, I’ve noticed I sweat like fucking crazy during cardio now. Before, I could go like 2 hours and barely sweat and burn 600-700 calories+ while barely feeling anything but now I notice that like 10 minutes in I’m sweating like fucking crazy and after maybe like 200 calories burned a good quarter of my shirt is soaked in sweat.

sweat is genetics, if your a fighter though its a good thing if you sweat a lot since it'll make cutting water weight easier.

I have hyper hydrosis only good thing about it is I don't get as hot as other people in the summer , it does fuck me over at the gym tho

nah been to the doctor for it twice all they did was give a really powerful deodorant and told me to drink a lot of water , another good think about it is I debloat from cardio extremely quick
