Does anyone else think this guy looks a bit uncanny? (Jaw surgery)

This guy is a pretty big youtuber who had an underbite and got djs to fix it.
I cant quite put my finger on what it is, but I think he kinda looks a bit weird and uncanny.
His result wasnt the best to begin with, cause he got a slight chimp lip after surgery.

Nah, his lower third looks great. His eye area is a bit autism-level though.

Looks much better than before and i wouldn't say he looks uncanny. I think the problem lies in his narrow skull and longish midface
