I do have goals, both studying to get into college hopefully also engineering, and looksmaxxing goals. But being not loved by anyone is hard, i wish i could at least experience what being loved feels like. It unmotivates you

Living the rest of the day after coming home from the gym is hard enough, rest days are terrible. I would go to the therapist but im afraid of being judged or my family worrying too much. Idk if therapy could help me since im really missing love in my life. And like intimacy too. I want to at least know what that feels like being so alone the sadness always comes back

There is the answer bruh,it's your responsibility to engage with people , thas how you will be feel loved, try applying for clubs where you share interest, if you're into gaming then join some gaming community, there are so many explorer clubs join them meet new people , get their number , jump into their groups, travel with them . thank u bro, there is a lot of issues with me and stuff but ive been trying to go out more and talk to people its still. a struggle but im trying.
