Does anyone had willing to do all these crazy surgeries combined with steroids and had good results and ending

I'm doing this post because all I've seen here we have some good takes and good suggestions about surgeries and steroids but, did anyone have get all this and had good results like for example going from LLTN to CL or Chad.
I'm asking seriously because the pain you're willing to get after all this is painful and unfortunately i don't think you'll ever get to forget anything and you'll still feel envy about others because they have smth that you didn't had no matter the results right!
But does anyone has done this or nah
Don't tell me about fucking Ehren or Saafir or any one of those
