My brother is like this, I think he has BDD as well but backwards BDD, its so weird, and is grateful for the breadcumbs of good qualities he has. Says he has a protrusive chin but his chin is small, is below average but thinks 7-7.5 is a good rating for him, and the way he talks about topics like recession is soo dumb, like he has no clue. My mom also as well, witch skull but thinks she has a good chin and talks about others being recessed. Dosent know anything about her moms face.
