Does anyone have any advice on how to build shoulders and overall an aesthetic build

i was trying to be nice. but lets be honest its roids or nothing
you can spam as much lat raises as you want but you will get mogged by a guy on tren skipping shoulders

the shoulder and neck muscles got a lot more androgen receptors than other muscles like the legs

shoulder press, lateral raises for shoulders

use machines for stability

limit or disregard trap training

focus on lat training aswell (lat pulldowns/ pullups work)

put the muscles you want to prioritize at the beginning of your workout

eat and sleep well

and 500 test aint even a dangerous steroid cycle its more dangerous smoking and drinking every weekend lmfao

i talked with guys on 700 test that got better bloodworks than average mormies that drink and to the normie stuff

aesthetic build is mostly genetics for example wide clavicles and narrow waist other than that just train your shoulders good and rounded ig and your back as well
