Does anyone have existencial crisis?

sometimes I start thinking about how fast time goes,people that have died, what are we doing here on earth, is our consciousness deeper than we think...

imediatelly want to go ride my bike or hang out with friends or family, when these toughts start coming it seems like I want to experience life to the fullest and start reflecting on what I really want to do

I try to visit some of my loved ones in the cemetery during Fridays and it is amazing to see all those graves man. To think that they were people like us, to see children as young as 3 or 4 years buried, etc, it makes me see life on a different way

Yes we need to be more social. When my grandfather died (I lived with him) my family members stopped visiting me so i also had an existential crisis. The most you spend with people i think the better, although sometimes as an introvert it is difficult.

I ocasianally think about how would i be with maybe 60-70 years old and how i don't want to die, and now i think maybe just 60 years would be enough for me, even if i die randomly due to a car crash i wouldn't mind, my only fear is to die regretting my life.
