Since no one is replying i can share my experience.
I used RU for 10,5 months, made weekly batches with the powder from a reputable source in europe.
Applied it everyday and varied the strength from 5-8% just to try it out.
My results: No regrow just maintenance (i guess). I recently dropped it last months and switched to a high dose of DUT because im maintaining with that as well.
