I’m in desperate need of nocturnal Kent’s height course and also I need some help getting claims that 200g of sugar will make me grow more I’m wondering if it’s bs or not.

1. The exact dietary requirement for carbohydrate consumption is 0g ever.

2. Carbohydrates above a very small threshold in your blood stream will cause toxicity and glycation damage (sugar binding to proteins).

3. All carbohydrates break down into glucose, except for fructose which are broken down into triacylglycerides in the liver.

4. Plants are not food for human beings. They want to survive just like us humans. They defend themselves with poison since they can not run away from predators such as bugs, animals, and humans (we are animals).

5. Humans are obligate hyper carnivores. You should only be eating animal meat and animal fat one time a day. Avoid consuming vegetables, fruits, grains, and seed oils.


I’ve already made an in-depth guide on the proper human diet.

In conclusion, carbohydrates/plant consumption is a looksmin and will kill you slowly over a lifetime.

I have one question, I usually eat a source of carbs in the morning to workout and provide glycogen storage, what’s an alternative to this?

Something like honey?

The only carbohydrates that you will have to eat are the ones found in meat and animal fat, which is a very small amount.
