You don't really gain height by fixing your posture, you just straighten out what you already had, yes it's worth it to fix your posture jfl.

Yes it’s worth it, if you’re still young you’ll develop better if you get good posture, and if you don’t have straight posture you’ll height won’t be at display, so I guess you’d look shorter

If it isn't terrible lowkey it's cope you'd be expecting max 0.5 inches
But if it's really bad 2 inches is possible depending on the severity
