does anyone know how to even out the 2 side profiles

my left and right profile differ a lot the left side looks way better with decent angularity but on the right side i struggle with an accute mandibular angle (flat mandibule) i will attach photos below

Otoplasty find a plastic surgeon willing to help fix your ear that will give u the biggest ROI in terms of looks because your already MTN
